I am sitting inside my home, wondering where it all went wrong. How did we manage to fuck it up so badly? Every day brings another revelation of some evil or wrongdoing, which should either never have happened, or at the very least, should have been seen well in advance. I remain unimpressed by the various and sundry government “agencies” charged with policing the various financial entities responsible for our current quagmire. Last week’s announcement by a whistle-blower [who I expect to die any day via an “accident”] that the SEC has been shredding tens of thousands of documents is just the latest in a string of events that made me realize the United States as we knew it is officially dead. The days are gone where one could expect wrong doings to be prosecuted and punished. Gone are the days when our legislators were actually doing the “People’s Work” in the criminally evil CONgress. I am rapidly drawing inward, a clear sign that hope is gone, and is slowly being replaced by reason and reality.

Who is left that truly has any faith in our government and her governors? Who remains faithful that this TELEPOTUS will deliver us from evil? Not me, that’s for damn sure.

We got a hell of a dose from the Euro Zone this week. From the near collapse of Italian banking giants, to the meltdown of all TBTF French and Spanish banks, the market is hanging on the razors edge. The highly publicized meetings between Merkel and Sarkozy, dubbed appropriately “Merkozy”, produced nothing but more fear, as was evidenced in the stock rout witnessed this week. Unfortunately, most Europeans already know what comes next. Break-up. The world knows that Germany cannot carry the entire Euro zone alone, and they also know Eurobonds will not fly. The productive German population will revolt if Germany eats any more shit sandwiches. We are about to enter a very dark time in history folks, one that will be marked by currency destruction, riots, and starvation on a scale not seen since the dark ages. It is no longer about oil, it is about the loss of faith in the credit of the largest issuers of fiat currency in the history of the world. When that loss of faith gathers steam, [and it will] the rout will be felt by every living human being on the planet. I do not look forward to 275 million adults reacting to complete devastation of their lifestyles.

My anger is fueled even more by the hapless mother fuckers disseminating propaganda on the MSM, delivering their pap with a smile and perfect hair, wearing nine hundred dollar suits. Those douche-bags deserve what is going to be coming their way, when the roving bands of starving ‘everyman’ come storming through places like Brentwood, the Hamptons and Tortoise Island, looking for a little payback and involuntary wealth redistribution. Every time I see this smiling bunch of ignorant fucktards I want to reach through the screen and bust out that mouthful of perfect white veneers. I cannot remember the last time that I saw honest real-time reporting of a story……any story…..that does not have some political slant or another.

I do not believe in this left-right construct, as neither side has the answers. My grandfather used to say that he never believed either side, because the truth was always somewhere in the middle. The current lot of politicians has so completely divided this nation it has become us versus them, right versus left, white versus black, night versus day. There is no more “we”, only us and them. While there is a distant possibility that we may see a recovery, it will not occur within this political construct, it will require a completely new paradigm, one in which different ideas are embraced, ideas that do not include a permanently entitled class of people who are dissuaded from free thinking and seeking to attain something better for themselves, by themselves.

Speaking of the entitled, I am reminded of the recent trend in the U.S. called ‘flash mobs’. I am not alone in my contempt for these “disenfranchised youths”, as they have been named by the politically correct press. Through the removal of all ability to administer any true punishment to our children, lest we be jailed for “abuse”, and the transfer of authority in our “schools” from the teachers to the students, we have effectively created a generation of kids who do not know empathy, do not have morals and are not being taught values. Their teachers are characters on television and in music videos. Their teachers are make-believe people who project the personality and values on our youth, who proceed to emulate their behavior. They have been completely desensitized to sex, violence and raw hatred. My 16 year old daughter can watch shows on cable TV that would have been given an X rating when I was her age. The Supreme Court, in apparent agreement with the movie and gaming industry, recently ruled in favor of a video game manufacturer/software firm that kids under 18 could indeed play violent video games depicting murder for points and rape for fun, because after all, it would violate the constitution to rule otherwise. While technically correct in their ruling, I have to ask myself a question; Do I want to live in a world like that, or do I want to change it in to something better; something cleaner?

We were treated to the spectacle of a wedding between one of the Kardashian sluts and some NBA player this weekend, and the MSM lapped it up. Keep in mind, Kim Kardashian is famous merely for being famous. Did you catch that? Famous for being famous. This is what our society has devolved to, sitting on our lazy asses living vicariously through someone who has no problem with spending incredible sums of money on a pair of Jimmy Chu’s, just because she can. Really? What the fuck? The MSM spent millions of dollars using their vast resources to cover what has been dubbed by ABC as “America’s royal wedding”. These resources could have been better spent having a group discussion among concerned Americans, talking over ways to extract ourselves from three overt wars and two covert ones in the Middle East and North Africa. Instead, they dispatched their helicopters and paid paparazzi to the scene to try and get the first picture of the lovely couple. All of this energy, time and money spent chasing a couple of selfish, egotistical, spoiled brats. I am pretty sure I will be able to measure the duration of this marriage with my handy egg timer. I’m sure glad I didn’t throw that thing out.

We were distracted again, just in time, last week with the important news that the husband of one of the New Housewives hung himself in a closet because he was to be ‘outed’ in the new season as a closet gay submissive. This was the husband of a loudmouthed broad who spent 60,000 dollars of his money on a birthday party for her six year old kid, who by the way, was fast asleep an hour after the soiree started. Sixty large is two years wages for the average schlump, yet this idiot decided it would be a good idea to blow it on a fucking party. People like this project their meaningless and directionless lives in to millions of homes each week, leaving a hell of a lot of gullible people believing that this is something to aspire to. I really have no feeling about the death of this selfish man. In fact, I kind of hope a video surfaces with George Soros, Warren Buffet and Bill Gates all dressed in leather and sporting whips and Crisco, getting all brokeback in a billionaire threesome, with Soros as the submissive sporting a ball gag and leather diaper. After all, things happen in three’s don’t they?

With all of the crazy shit happening in European financial markets, the U.S. markets and the massive political dislocation occurring in slow motion, the people are given nothing but distraction and puff. The press seems to think we can be snowed over with endless left-right themed panel discussions and endless analysis of our broken markets by Cramer and MSNBC saying BUY, BUY, BUY, “The bottom is in”, It’s different this time”.

You know what? It really is different this time. This time the collapse cannot be stopped. This time the dislocation will be so complete the world will be changed forever; no one will be spared. I’m seeing a change in the tone of conversation these days. Work associates who formerly rolled their eyes at me when I brought up discussion about my garden, canning and self sufficiency, are now asking questions about those very things. I can sense the fear as I walk through the stores and I can see it in the vacant, lost stares of the shell-shocked people trying to stretch their SNAP benefits to the end of the month.

Will it all come apart this week? Probably not, because the PTB still have a little bit of dry powder, but it will happen. It is inevitable, and you had better be prepared.
